Class Structure

We currently offer eight different Isha Classical Hatha Yoga Courses.  These are different from the main approach which most Western Yoga practices offer.  These are Classical Hatha Yoga practices and each one is delivered over one or two days normally, depending on the particular practice.  The participant receives the full process over those days which can then be practised in their home or, indeed, anywhere they are staying  in the world.

All the courses are geared towards physical health and mental wellbeing together with the possibility of deepening one’s spiritual experience if one wishes to do so.

These practices are for life.  It is advised that they are done on a daily basis and done in a certain order for the maximum benefit.

The  classes in our  studio in Leeds are intentionally small as it is extremely important that each participant receives the necessary attention required for each step of the practices.  They are designed  to bring the internal experience of yoga.  They are beyond physical exercise. The space in which the practices are taught contains two consecrated Yantras which create a certain ambiance for these ancient Isha practices to be transmitted and received by a small group of participants. We occasionally offer classes outside our studio  for larger groups for the convenience of those who cannot travel to Leeds. Most of those classes are based in Manchester, Birmingham and London.

A Correction Class is available for the necessary follow up within three months of the course.  This will be discussed fully on completion of the practice instructions.

Once completed, each course is supported with access to an exclusive WhatsApp group or by telephone call if needed.  This Whatsapp group is essential in order to keep updated regarding queries and information for the Correction dates available and also the availability of other Courses.
